Hey everyone !
Not sure on which forum to post this but, nothing really ticks the right box for this subject.
I had to send my UM4.6k for RMA recently, they confirmed the reception, told me how much the repair will cost, then I confirmed the procedure. That was August 19, and to this day I have zero update on the situation (nothing about payment for the repair or the shipment). I asked in my email if they could to a general check up of the camera in addition to the repair, no respond to that.
Is this kind of delay common ?
