Blackmagic SmartView 4K v2

Seeing this product popping up at resellers, but not on the BMD site. Not sure what that means.

One question, though. If I input a DCI4K signal, how does the display handle the mismatch? Can I pan, or scale down to fit the width?

It scales. The panel itself is a HD panel So everything over HD is scaled to fit.

Wait, what? It says in the specs the panel is 3840x2160.

Would explain why it's 1/3 the price of the competition, though

My Bad, It says 3840x2160 pixel resolution..

We had one opened up which was HD. But now i think of it, it was probably the older not 4K model.
