DaVinci resolve Mini panel

I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem with their mini panel. Every time I cut on my computer and launch DaVinci resolve my mini panel does not start up with it. Nine out of 10 times I have to cut the power off going to the mini panel and then re-started for da Vinci to recognize my many panel. Is anybody else experiencing this problem?

No problem on mine. It also sleeps and wakes up just fine within resolve.
