25 psf on TV with 50i

Hello,
I`m editing on Avid MC and use a Intensity Pro 4K as video output. Now I wanted to add a client Panasonic HD Plasma TV. Unfortunately it doesn`t playback 25p native, only 24p/50i. Most of my projects are in 25p. Would buying a Decklink Mini Monitor do the trick with converting to 25psf? As i read in the forum there is an option for that in the BM software, but I wanted to be sure before buying a new card...
And would there be any loss or jittering? Beacause right now the only real thing working is switching the Project to 50i which causes jittering on freeze frames.

With Resolve your project can be 25p, but BM card monitoring set as 50i. This will work fine.
There is also setting called "Output single field when paused" in Resolve preference (UI Setting for User tab). This is to sort out possible preview issue for playhead paused state.
