Vertical lines

Been using URSA mini 4.6 since it came out. Today we were shooting in normal conditions and this appeared all over the screen. Tried multiple re starts, the lines are burned into footage but the camera plays back old footage perfectly.

Any ideas?

Sensor died?

it was ok again the next day, footage looking a little green but then it came back, I guess it's dead :(
