unable to connect atem setup

Hi, just received my ATEm mini. When connected to PC via USB-C to USB-A 3.1 gen 2 cable, I can see the (camera) output in OSB, but I cannot run the ATEM setup ( message 'no ATEM device found"). loaded 8.0.3 software. help needed!

have you tried connecting the atem to an ethernet network ?

Connect to a USB 2 port. USB 3 ports tend to have issues with the Atem Setup Software

the mini need version 8.1

Mark good catch!! I had not notished he was using 8.0.3.

Indeed you need 8.1 to work with the mini
