I want to see your rigs !

I'd love to see what typical rigs you guys are using for your shoots.

Here is my current rig for a documentary I am filming, I go fully handheld for that one because I want to be the most mobile possible.

Lens is the Tokina Cinema ATX 11-20mm T2.8

This is probably a case of "find the camera." The Micro Cinema Camera is the smallest piece of equipment here.

Never used a Micro before !

Looks like a solid rig and damn, the size of that follow focus !

My original BMPCC rig.

Just added the Tilta Matte Box and Mini Follow Focus.

The hardware I have chosen should adapt to any camera with a cage.

Here's my BMPCC4K rig. Set up for wide angle.
PCC4K camera
Smallrig cage and handle, SSD mount, and cable restraint.
Samsung T5 SSD drive and cable.
SlrMagic 10mm T2.1 lens, with Solas IRND filter.
Smallrig 15mm rails and mount hardware.
Fotga Followfocus
Smallrig 5" monitor shade, which velcro's onto the cage.
Custom made adjustable lens shade/French Flag. Using Smallrig components and some hand made parts.
PowerBank 12V external DC power supply and CinegearPro Weipu cable. Attached using a KondorBlue quick release.

I mount this kit to either a monopod, or a Miller tripod, or a shoulder rig. In this photo a tripod plate is attached.
The lens shade for now is foam board, which I am testing, cutting, to the proper size and shape, and will eventually replace with a similar plastic piece.

URSA Mini Pro G2. One with matte box configuration. The other in a teleprompter.

It is very lightweight and very nicely balanced for shoulder mounted work.

The Zucuto works very well.

The only way I can answer your question.
I think that it is my money well spent.

It is well built and feels smooth. No play in the gear.
Will it last the test of time?

You get more than what you pay for.
Tilta quality at the price is amazing, I do not know how they do it.

Tilta TO3 follow focus, My nitpicks... it could weight less, the 15mm rail attachment sideways adjustment mechanism could be better. The finger tightening screw tends to jam a bit, and the placement for the fingergrip likely will end up in a tight spot, so no finger adjustment is possible.

There is sort of an adjustment screw for how "tight" you want the focus wheel to be. The focus wheel is in fixed position and no changing of rotation direction. The whip for the follow focus attachment seems to be slightly smaller than others, or I got some odd sized whip first. Ball grip matches quite well with the focus wheel hight, with my large hands (camvate 15mm rod clamp 2x rosette).

Me and my quest for a balanced shoulder rig, weight in the front is an issue.

....hard stops pins are just screws, unscrew them for no stops (your left with 2 small screws to loose)

P.S. I wonder how is that Tilta FF feels? Is it worth to get?

I was confused because this review on B&H (i guess it is based on usage with large stiff prime lens with 180+ degree focusing ring):
"While it has a smooth feel and very minimal backlash, there are a few caveats. First, there is no way to completely override the hard stops - if you loosen them, they dangle and make audible noise. If you lock the hard stops in the widest position, there is not enough rotation for most lenses to go from close to infinity. Not really sure how there could be such an oversight. Another issue, is that the knob is rather small, and while smooth, is more stiff than I expected. Perhaps it will loosen up with use. Unfortunately the user manual says nothing about any adjustments or how to fully bypass hard stops. I will do some more testing, but not as happy with it as I thought I would be."
