I have a BlackMagic Micro Cinema Camera and I would like to know if, on the HDMI output port, video formats other than YCbCr 4:2:2 10 bits are supported.
Is the camera able to change the HDMI output format according to the EDID provided by a sink device ? May be YCbCr 4:4:4 24 bits ?
Hi Howard, thanks a lot for your very quick reply. My capture pipeline is made of a Toshiba HDMI Bridge TC358743 connected via CSI-2 4 lanes to an NVidia Jetson Nano. The problem is that HDMI bridge supports only: A) RGB 24-bpp @60fps B) YCbCr422 24-bpp @60fps C) YCbCr444 24-bpp @60fps -> NOT supported by the NVidia Jetson Nano D) (probably, but not sure, YCbCr 422 12-bit discarding last 4 data bits to become YCbCr 422 8-bit)
