Hello Dwaine,
Faced lot of issues today.
The Intel HD VGA driver didn't install. I got the following message while running the setup file:
The driver being installed is not validated for this computer.
Please obtain the appropriate driver from computer manufacturer.
Setup will exit. The error message took me to Intel® Driver & Support Assistant page.
It ran a scan on my system and told me that:
Your Intel® software is up to date.I have attached the report for your reference.
Then I installed the software for NVIDIA & i guess I didn't do a clean Install
While installing NVIDIA studio driver it demands a custom update, then, while installing the drivers from this software it demands a custom update. I guess i made an auto update here.
Started the system and wasn't able to open a single application. Then I again installed the NVIDIA, this time doing a clean install.
But then every time I opened by system, it froze for first 10 mins after start, i was unable to do anything during this period...this carried one for 7-8 restarts I gave to see if any change would happen...along the way I updated my windows 10 to new recent updates...thinking there may be a mismatch in the drivers and windows 10 recent update.
This didnt solve the issue, finally, I saw the Task Manager and found one file:
Windows Font Cache Service was taking all the CPU, Power etc. hence went on YouTube and saw a tutorial of disabling this file at the start.
Then, I checked running resolve and it has the same status. Not able to play the video and now sound is gone too.
Attached the NFO and resolve log files. I dont know where seems to be the issue. Please Help!!!
