ATEM 4k production studio

We have an imac and a pc feeding the ATEM switcher and we have glitch like look over the video in places of movement. Say hands moving mouth moving etc.... Also Still images glitch after transition. All software and firmware are up to date. 3 camera inputs do not have the glitch look.
Mini monitor out of imac and a pci card SDI out of pc.
The output to a regular monitor has no issues, nor does the preview window in pro presenter. We upgraded to PP7 didnt help!
Any help is greatly appreciated !!!!

Which of your two computers is running ProPresenter?
