The FCP-X plugin is a complete re-write from scratch, and also processes in floating point. This means it can do stuff which the 8-bit FCP7 plugin cannot. So no, the FCP7 version does not currently have the adjustments available in the FCP-X version. The FXP-X version does not have the burn-ins available in the FCP7 version, as FCP-X does not pass timecode meta-data to plugins.
The intent of the FCP7 version is for dailies and editorial, whereas the FCP-X version can be used for finishing. If there is demand, I may look at the possibilities of porting the developments from the FCP-X version into a new FCP7 plugin. But for now it is identical to the demo in terms of functionality.

Thanks for the offer. I have enough testers for the moment.
