Rare battery behaviour BMPC

Yesterday I received the Pocket. After playing with it for a while I put it to charge. After about two hours, and checking that the battery was completely charged, I disconnected it. The camera was not turned on. This morning, after pressing the on button, the camera starts briefly, but it seems that the battery is completely discharged. It seems that the camera was not completely turned off and there is some sort of power consumption, even without being turned on. Anyone with this same erratic battery behaviour?

Searching through the forum you will find a couple of similar reports... The trick is to press the off-button really long, so it really shuts down!
