MacBook just for preview?

Hello!
I just wanted to get a very cheap Macbook for two reasons:
1. to transfer my SSDs to a different RAID (so the Macbook is just used for the Thunderbolt connection)
2. to preview some shots

I want to film just in RAW. All my editing is done on a different Mac. Can I preview the Raw-files just in Davinci-Resolve?
I found a refurbished MacBook Air 13,3" (June 2013):
4 GB memory
128 GB flash-storage
Intel HD Graphics 5000

I thought that should be good enough just for preview, but it probably doesn't support Davinci...

I hope you can help me!
