AVC video with MP3 audio is not a legitimate format in AVI or MP4 container, for future use change your audio setting to use AAC. It looks like you're using a screen recorder people used a few hundred years ago, if it doesn't have an option for using AAC audio can try OBS or the screen recorders made by your GPU manufacturer.

AVI is generally a format that sends me running screaming from the room. I just use a 3rd-party program to convert it to something we can use for post.

Use ffmpeg to rewrap it to an MKV or MOV file converting the audio to PCM in the process. Google is your friend.

Or Shutter Encoder if you don't like command lines.

Or use CapCut?
