Is there an API to manipulate the Micro Converters?

We're wondering if there is an already supported method of automatically setting micro converters to Level A inside of a CENTOS 7 when the micro converter is plugged into the system.

I suspect the answer is no given that the BlackMagic SDK makes no mention of the converters and that the utility only lists Windows and OSX as supported operating systems, but I wanted to double check if I missed something obvious.

Hi Darwin,

Our Desktop Video SDK is for DesktopVideo products only. So, unfortunately, it can not be used with the Micro Converters.

Unfortunate but unsurprising. Thanks for taking the time to confirm. :)

Any plans to add an SDK for the MicroConverters?

It would be useful, for example, to be able to push LUTs to the SDI to HDMI 12G from a custom app, rather than having to use the Converter Setup utility to do it manually.

That would be quite usefull. As then you would be able to create a program that will interface with a Spider or any other monitor calibration tool and update a LUT to calibrate your screen.

Something that isn't really possible now..
