Fusion OFX Double3DParam

I'm currently getting a bunch of in-house OFX plugins to work with Fusion. There seems to be a bug in the host's implementation of the Double3DParam. getValue() returns an Ofx3DPointD vector of (x, 0, y), so what should be y is always 0, what shoud be z is the y value, and z is never returned.

Tested on Fusion 16.2.3 and 16.2.4. Works correctly in Resolve 16.2.3 (but not in Fusion within Resolve), as well with Nuke and Natron.

Will have have to resort to three scalar value parameters for now, but would be nice see see it fixed in the future.
