DeckLink 8K pro DLL and Header files

I want to grab 4K video, Video frames. and want to control the card using the NI LabVIEW development software. so for that can I get any kind of DLL with grab, device configuration etc functions to control the card. file so that I can call this DLL in my software and provide the parameters as required by dll function.
This is all on Windows platform.
In case any more information needed let me know..
