How to use GetBytes method, LabVIEW ActiveX

I am programming DeckLink 8K pro card in Labview to capture the input Video Frame.
I have been going through the device SDK manual, while I am trying to get the captured Video frame for that I am using query(Automation open pallet) to use "GetBytes" method as mentioned in manual but this method is not accessible i.e. grayed out.
How to use IDeckLinkVideoFrame::GetBytes to capture the Video Frame.
