BRAW SDK 2.0b2 fails to decode URSA Mini Pro 12K without GPU

BRAW SDK 2.0b2 for Windows fails to decode URSA Mini Pro 12K clips without a GPU, even if you are using the CPU pipeline mode.

ExtractFrame in the SDK sample doesn't work with the following clip on a virtual machine that doesn't have a dedicated GPU.

IBlackmagicRawFrame::CreateJobDecodeAndProcessFrame returns E_INVALIDARG.

Is this the expected behavior?
