i installed the software provided at the support center "Desktop Video 11.5.1 and 11.7 Update"
The hardware specs are: Intel Nuc i7 4,7GHz 6 Core, 32GB RAM, NVME m.2 SSD, Thunderbold 3
The problem is:
It is recognized in Ubuntu
when i try modprobe blackmagic nothing is shown
It is also shown in lspci and in tbtadm topology
