Streaming video out to decklink in C#

Im looking to take any videofeed (webcam for instance) and playing it back on a Decklink device.
From what i can tell, the Fileplayback sample is a good place to start. The issue is tho, im rly struggeling with understanding C, but im very comfortable with C#.
Have anyone done something like this in C#, and could give me a hand?
