Seeming incompatibility with Linux 5.18.x

PostSat Jun 25, 2022 12:43 pm

The latest Blackmagic driver RPMs at this time (12.3a10) won't install on Fedora with a Linux Kernels from 5.18.0. I get lots of errors, beginning with:

/var/lib/dkms/blackmagic/12.3a10/build/blackmagic_core.c: In function dl_pci_start:
/var/lib/dkms/blackmagic/12.3a10/build/blackmagic_core.c:488:13: error: implicit declaration of function pci_set_dma_mask [-Werror=implicit-function-declaration]
488 | if (pci_set_dma_mask(pdev, BMD_DMA_64_MASK) < 0)
| ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

It looks like the Kernel people have changed some names starting at 5.18.0. Does anyone know when the Blackmagic drivers are likely to catch up?
