Mini Monitor 4K: Windows Server incompatibility

PostThu Sep 22, 2022 4:34 pm

We have a BMD Mini Monitor 4K.

When we use it on a Win10 desktop, it works fine.
But we wanted to use it on a Win Server (2012 and 2019) servers.
I know it's not explicity compatible on BMD's tech specs, but they work using v12.1 Desktop Video (v12.4 and v12.3.1 do not recognize Mini Monitor 4K board)

We are reading MXF files and rendering them using a Medialooks MFormats software.
The only problem is when we load a specific type of MXF file and the next files are rendered with unsync'd audio.
This problem does not happen on Win10 machine.

I know it's a very specific issue, but is there any setting or anything I can do to make it compatible with Win Servers?
I mean, what could be the difference between Win Server 2019 and Win 10 that might be causing this issue?

Thanks in advance
