Ultrastudio Recorder&Monitor 3G connection issues

Hi, I've been testing Recorder and Monitor recently.

The problem seems to be that the Thunderbolt port is not properly recognizing the device.

In the Thunderbolt tab of Ubuntu's settings, it repeats being connected and then disconnected quickly.

desktop video package is already installed.

my environments is
- x86 laptop(two thunderbolt4 ports)
- Ubuntu 20.04
- Desktop Video 12.3.1

What is problem?

Hi Shinwook,

To begin with, can you please check that
Code: Select all
$ boltctl list
is showing the device and that it is authorised?

I am having the same issue.

The device is authorized.

The status is continuously changing from Authorized and Disconnected.

The LED on the 3G recorder is flashing.

Alienware
Ubuntu and Red Hat. Same issue
