MultiView 16 RS-422 protocol help needed

I am a Crestron programmer using a serial IO module to communicate with this switcher. I need a complete list of commands I can send from my controller to switch between the various outputs or a quad view.

Looking at the product manual, I found some commands that allow me to switch routings from a source to a destination.

What are the destination numbers for the HDMI and (2) HD-SDI outputs, and are there any commands that I can send that will route the first four cameras as a quad to a destination or send one of the 16 saved views to a destination?

I'm about to pursue this as well, except using TCP/IP.
Did you ever make any progress on discovering a full command set?
