Hi Michael,
To extract a specific frame, create a job with IBlackmagicRawClip::CreateJobReadFrame and specifying the frameIndex input parameter.
You may find it useful to determine the number of frames in the clip by calling IBlackmagicRawClip::GetFrameCount and you can obtain the timecode in string format for a frame by calling IBlackmagicRawClip::GetTimecodeForFrame.
