BlackmagicRawAPI.dll does not load on XEON CPU

BlackmagicRawAPI.dll does not load on XEON CPU

Hi there,
I try to load the BlackmagicRawAPI.dll (v3.6.1) via LoadLibrary() and a call to CreateBlackmagicRawFactoryInstance(). This call delivers a nullptr.

The system has a XEON E5-2683 CPU and no dedicated GPU. Is this a known hardware limitation?
