Hello everyone,
the new DeckLink Quad HDMI recorder is not detected by me PC, i don't know why
the things i have done:
1. check the PCie, it's working fine with other devices
2. try to deinstall and install different versions of Decktop Video SDK including 11.2/12.1/12.6
3. check the device manager in Win 10 enterprise, and no device of blackmagic is detected.
3. try to connect it using a micro USB to my PC and a window would pop up, says the software of HDMI recorder needs to be updated, and after i clicked the update buttion, it fails everytime.
Do you guys have any solutions to this? It would help me a lot!!
