Ubuntu doesn't recognize Decklink Quad sometimes

Hi there. Some of our clients are getting a issue with Decklink Quad on Ubuntu. Sometimes, when the PC is turned on, Decklink Quad device is not recognized by Ubuntu. This happens on PC's with only one Decklink Quad card and also, happens on PC's with two Decklink Quad cards(then only the second Quad card is not recognized).

After reboot the PC, the card is fully recognized.

I'm posting here, a client PC settings where we have this issue:

Hardware:
Decklink Quad
SDK/Driver - Blackmagic 12.7.1
Gigabyte Z490 VISION G
16 GB RAM
Intel Core i7 - 10700 CPU@2.90GHz x 16
NVIDIA GTX1050 TI

Software:
Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS 64 Bits
GNOME Version 42.9

This issue had been haunting us for sometime. But now, clients are more incisive
on this problem.

I hope you guys can helps to find out what is happening.
