Reboot Teranex Through API

PostThu Jul 09, 2015 7:22 pm

Is there a way to reboot/restart a Teranex 2D through the API connection?

Thanks

Hello, Robert.

There is no API command at this time that will reboot/restart the Teranex 2D. We will look into the possibility. You would lose connection to the Teranex at restart/reboot, requiring you to reconnect when the unit is back up.

I'll keep you posted on this effort.

Thanks Butch. Right now, I am finding that the Teranex 'locks up' on the network side about every 2 weeks or so, requiring a hard reboot. If we could send that command on a regular interval, say every 72 hours, we could monitor it and deal with it at that point.
