Will using multiple (3 to 4) Decklink Mini Recorder 4Ks cause bandwidth issues on a PC?

I have faced this problem before because I was running machine vision cameras along with an Oculus rift, all of which require large bandwidth. My understanding was that I needed more host controllers to resolve the bandwidth problem. As far as I know, if the Decklink Mini Recorder has its own host controller, that would help with the bandwidth issues, does anyone know if that is the case?

I've used 3 of them before with no issues. They only need 4 PCIe lanes each.
