Greetings,

Got the following setup:
Intensity Pro 4K
Win 7
Drivers tried both 10.9.10 and 10.2.11

Been developing with the BMD cards for a while now. Got a new Intensity Pro 4K to install in a new system. Media Express doesn't show me a preview. When I run my app developed with the SDK I get an error while setting the inputs:

result=deckLinkConfiguration->SetInt(bmdDeckLinkConfigVideoInputConnection, inputPortVideo);

result = E_NOTIMPL

According to the SDK manual this would indicate the request is not supported by the hardware.

I've used other Intensity Pro 4K cards and this works just fine. I'm at a loss.

Seems to have resolved itself. Unclear what caused it.
