[decklink duo/quad] mixed input rates

Can the Duo or Quad card handle different input rates at once, and will the SDK present the multiple inputs as resolution- and rate-independant sources, emitting their own asynchronous VideoInputFrameArrived() callbacks as needed, with minimal latency for each respective source?
