IBC Iwate Broadcasting Uses DaVinci Resolve Studio
Posted: Mon Aug 05, 2024 2:11 pmBlackmagic Design announced today that IBC Iwate Broadcasting Co., Ltd. is using DaVinci Resolve Studio for post production of their programs, along with DaVinci Resolve Speed Editor panels for editing and DaVinci Resolve Micro Panels for color correction. These are used in conjunction with IBC Iwate Broadcasting’s large amount of Blackmagic Design broadcast products, including various ATEM live production switchers as part of the company’s sports streaming productions.
IBC Iwate conducts television broadcasting and AM radio business reporting targeting Iwate Prefecture in Japan. The company has been early adopters of DaVinci Resolve Studio, utilizing it for editing infotainment programs, documentaries, sports programs and more.
"We started using DaVinci Resolve around version 12.5. It was more stable compared to other software. Plus, it was very affordable," said Katsushi Tsunokake of the production department.
