Blackmagic Design today announced that it will again sponsor the American Cinema Editors (ACE) at EditFest Los Angeles on August 1, 2015. As part of its Platinum sponsorship, Blackmagic Design will be the exclusive sponsor of the ACE EditFest Cocktail Reception.
EditFest is an energetic and enlightening experience during which new and seasoned editors discuss their projects and interact in an intimate theater setting.
In addition to a day full of presentations from an array of ACE Eddie®, Oscar® and Emmy® winners and nominees, Blackmagic Design will be demonstrating DaVinci Resolve 12 Studio professional editing and color correction software from 1:15 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. in the Frank G. Wells Building. EditFest will also raffle off several copies of DaVinci Resolve Studio.
