The 508, maybe? I do like having spot reading capabilities both stills and cine use. I have a 308, and also carry a spot meter. You'd have both in one.

If your camera have spot metering yes. Otherwise you really need to zoom into "a spot" as the camera will do some kind of average or program metering.
