Zoom F6 not syncing with Tentacle

Just tried testing my new Tentacle Syncs with my Zoom F6. Used the phone app to sync the Tentacle, set the F6 to Ext., used the wire that came with the Tentacle, plugged it into the TC jack on the F6 and it will not sync. I switch the Tentacle back and forth from Mic to Line and still nothing works. The F6 TC either freezes up, recieves no signal or glitches and seems like it's fighting the Tentacle TC.

Any one have any solutions for this?

I had a similar issue with my Tentacle Sync and Zoom F6 setup. Sometimes it's just a matter of swapping out the cable—one time, a bad cable was the culprit for me. Also, check if both the Tentacle and the F6 have the latest firmware updates. Another thing to look at is the Tentacle’s settings; make sure it's set to the right mode for the F6.
