Looking for developer

Hi, I am looking for a developer than can help me create a capture setup. 1 camera, that will allow a file names to be added from a csv spread sheet. We can use something like Media Express, or build one ? MAC or Windows, preferred Mac.

Can you please add some more details. It is not clear to me what you are trying to accomplish.

we film dance competitions, can be 150 ( 2min) routines in one day, and there is only 15sec in-between each dance. SO I have a csv files with all the routines listed, I want to click on the line in the csv and have it added to the Title name , then click record, then stop record, then click on the next title in the csv file , that will then update the name with a new title name , and click record. hopefully that helps.
