DropBox

PostMon Oct 03, 2022 5:50 pm

Hi guys,

I need help. I have an iMac and I use Dropbox for files that I upload from my GoPro10Black. However, when I go to Dropbox.com and I can see my video and audio files, I cannot get them to drag and drop into my media storage for projects. What am I missing?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I recommend moving those files out of the Dropbox folder before using them.

Or at least, make copies outside of Dropbox.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

If you have the folders set to non-local then there is some delay between drag and drop since it has to download the file first before the mac can use it. Your video files will take a while to download. You set folder preferences in account settings.

I changed my Win laptop to Mac and now also don't know how to get all my files out of Dropbox.
