Davinci Capture

As a stills photographer coming over to video, Davinci Resolve was a steep learning curve. But a worthwhile one. Since that initial crossover I've watched my favourite stills editor, Capture One, turn into a hot mess with users pushed into a subscription model they don't want, constant drama with bugs and failure to deliver support for new cameras.

Then I realised that I what I really want is for Davinci to build a replacement for Capture One or Lightroom, in the style and with many of the same tools that we enjoy in Resolve. Probably won't ever happen, but just putting it out there.
