I've tried sending an email through this support page several times, and it doesn't seem to work. After filling out my name and info, the product name, the subject, and my message, I click on "Send Your Support Request", but when I do, it just puts me back on the previous page with no indication that my request is on its way. I do not get any sort of on-screen confirmation, nor do I get I get an email confirmation from Blackmagic that they have received my request. And yes, I checked my spam folder. How do I know that my question is being seen? (I first sent my message two days ago)
