I need to install an ATEM Television studio pro HD for our church (Nativity Lutheran church, Weeki Wachee, Florida).
I have reasonable experience with analogue video but this switcher is beyond me. I have difficulty understand the manual directions (lack of technical knowledge). When introduced to this mixer at INFO COMM in Orlando, the reps showed me how simple everything was to install. They made it look simple but it has not translated SIMPLE for me.
So here I am with a $3,000. switcher that I purchased for our church that I can not use. I am embarrassed and perplexed. If you have this ATEM installed, are within 120 miles of Brooksville, Florida and are willing to spend some time to Tudor me on the ATEM's Basic instillation and use; I will come to your location on your schedule.
