Is 80-90 Minutes the new norm for feature length?

I have to asked. If you're doing narrative feature film for streaming distribution, or are behind the post production of it, have you been asked to keep the length between 80-90 minutes? I was asked to do this twice now because I'm told the distributors are delivering this to streaming services, and that the big production streamers are now setting this as a requirement. I don't know how true is this but a few festivals in UK and Canada have been accepting features that are more that 75 minutes but no more than 90 minutes long. So will 80-90 minutes be the new requirement for streaming feature length? Why so?
