That budget won’t get you a better camera and I suggest you used what you’ve got and learn more how to make better videos with it - composition, lighting, movements, etc. if you can save up a little over a couple of thousand dollars (US), maybe sell your current camera kit and add to your budget, then a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K with a good zoom lens like this Olympus 12-40mm f/2.8, a few batteries, Media, and ND-IR filters will get you started.

You should be able to record 4KUHD with BRAW 8:1 or 5:1 @ 24fps with this card.
Don’t forget to get a good and sturdy tripod as well. Those sticks are important! From here, you can grow your camera as you get better.
