Threatened with ban for complaining.

Rather than fix the software just get rid of the people who complain about it not working? That'll solve your problems.

And I hope the warning extends to both Frank and Peter because their behavior has been far worse than mine. I've been articulate, direct and unhappy - maybe that rubs some people the wrong way - but I never resorted to name calling or personal insults.

And of course I'm mad. I paid $1000 for a malfunctioning, nearly worthless beta. What did you expect?

Most of your problems are user error Art. You are just here to hysterically whine and troll. That you can't separate what you are doing from actual discussion and complaint is your problem, no-one else's.

Art, It's hard to comment on whatever problems you're having in any detail without (much) more information, but since Resolve 10 came out we've graded three features and generated several dozen hours worth of editorial dailies with it. Do we run into the occasional bug or odd behavior? Sure. But practically all specialty software is a little quirky. My experience is that Resolve is less buggy than most of the apps in Creative Cloud, for instance.

You're mistaken about being banned. As I stated to you, hijacking threads and being disruptive is what would be the cause of receiving warnings/bans. I've been very lenient with users on the forums, maybe more than I should be. Myself and others in the company are willing to help you work out your situation but not at expense of others inquiries for help.
