When I launch One Button Studio and put in the USB drive I get a message saying that the h.264 device isn't connected. Everything with the H.264 Pro Recorder appears to be connected properly as I can see the video form the camera in Black Magic Studio and record. I've double-checked the camera settings and MacMini system preferences per the documentation. What am I missing? Does anyone have any thoughts?
