HDMI to USBC port as video capture card

I bought this: Hama USB C Hub 6 Ports (Multiport Adapter 1x HDMI 4K, 2x USB-A, 1x USB-C (just search for this on amazon)
It wont help connceting my bmpcc to my pc as webcam right? thought this served as a video capture card aswell, thx for anwsers

We do this by going through one of the ATEM Mini switchers.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
