Payment with administrative mandate

Good morning,

I would like to buy the Davinci Resolve STUDIO but I can't pay by credit card.
I'm working in a local authority and we would like to buy by administrative mandate.
Which means having an invoice by BlackMagic with their bank account details and then we pay them through a bank transfer.

Is it possible ? Is the credit card the only way to pay ?

You can usually get an Pro-Forma Invoice. That is an invoice that is sent before delivery. However, depending on which country you are in, as a Local Authority you might be able to buy on 30 days credit. This being normal B2B working.
