I have a brand new UltraStudio Recorder 3G connected to a Macbook Pro Intel i9 running Ventura 13.5.1
The UltraStudio Recorder 3G is not detected. I installed the latest "Blackmagic_Desktop_Video_12.8.1 2" and nothing.
I also have the UltraStudio MiniRecorder, which used to work perfectly. When it stopped working, I bought the new device thinking it was a hardware failure, but the brand new one never worked. So I realised it's a software problem. I've looked everywhere and it seems that many have the same problem, but I haven't found an easy solution to follow.
Any help please would be appreciated.
