Running Linux Mint 22 (based on Ubuntu 24.04) I have been able to get DaVinci Resolve 19.3 to launch and open projects without crashing. However I am getting a few issues:
1.) Errors in Log In the '.local/share/DaVinciResolve/logs/ResolveDebug.txt' Codec (avc1) not Found in Repository. Below is shown only two line of many
Links to the full logs: (replace "_" with ".")
* ResolveDebug.txt pastebin_com/56aA7RFu
* resolve_graphics_log.txt pastebin_com/MqhegCvg
2.) Pop up message in Resolve: "Your GPU Memory is full." I'm not quite sure how to fix this one.
System: termbin_com/3d89 (replace "_" with ".")
3.) DaVinci Resolve does not display any movie files. Audio and image files are fine. I assume this relates to the 1st issue.
I hope I have provided enough information to start finding a solution.
Thank you,
Stan
